I work nearby and often come here at lunchtime. The quality is excellent, the staff nice and competent. The daily changing lunch menu is a good mix of new dishes and recurring delicacies. The ambience is modern and you can sit outside in summer. It's not cheap but definitely adequate for performance. PS: I especially recommend the roulades

Qualitative "ok to good", but in my opinion for what is offered. too expensive (e.g. large apple spritzer for over four euros).

After a much too long time, I was there again for the late riser breakfast, and as always it was absolutely fresh and delicious. Oven-warm rolls, that increases the taste and enjoyment even more, thank you for that and see you next time.

I usually did not want to share the dessert with my friend anymore. Ours have now learned from it and will order a dessert per person next time. The tables were cleaned properly and the chairs were very comfortable. Really fast and nice service. I think the whole local staff did a harmonious job there. I found the bid extremely appealing.

The whole family was there about 2 years ago. We were very much to our satisfaction and the food was really great! Location is also very easy to reach and parking is not a problem! Guess we'll be back there again!

The food did not taste and also the selection was way too small for that I paid 30 €. You could tell that the vegetables came from the can and the meat was not even properly fried.

Today on 09.07.19 I was the second time to have breakfast there. Yummy Yummy Yummy! But I would like to highlight the lady who served us. Very friendly! In my opinion, she is not only "service" but the soul of the house !!! Thanks alot!!! We'll be back!

The selection was "normal". Nothing special that should be highlighted. I think the price is slightly overpriced. From the selection comparable to other buffets around 15 € around. Unfortunately, there was nowhere a drinks list. So ask or "in the blue" order. I liked the mini rolls, etc. So you could try everything without being full after a round. Also the eggs on request and request prepared I felt as a positive service. All in all it was delicious and good.

On 22.9. we have celebrated our wedding here - and if we had to decide again for a location, that would definitely be the culinary experience again. The planning and arrangements were great and made us feel good in advance. The celebration itself was then excellent: beautiful rooms, very fine food, great service and great technical equipment - so everything you need for a successful celebration :-)

We celebrated our wedding here on 20.5.17 and are completely thrilled! Mr. Koch and his team offered us high-quality and creative gourmet cuisine at a fair price. Our guests still rave about the trout rilettes or the perfectly low-temperature-cooked beef. Very friendly and courteous service team that reads every wish from the eyes without being too formal. To serve a 65-person company in the service for two, we have great respect for this achievement. In the culinary arts, the focus is clearly on the guest, Mr. Koch is not only a top chef and gastronome, but could also go smoothly as a wedding planner with his many good ideas and additional tips. Great importance is attached to quality, regionality and authenticity not only in his own restaurant, but also when selecting his partners (pastry chef, bartender, etc.). Cooperation with third-party companies (event technology, bands, etc.) works perfectly. The location in the commercial area of ​​Emmendingen immediately appealed to us, as there is a lot of space here and a lot of rest on weekends. The semicircular building is chic, modern and well maintained. Larger companies can also find space here, but the room also offers a great atmosphere with fewer guests. We have long considered what point of criticism we could call, but in our view there was simply none. We can not only recommend the culinary Emmendingen as a wedding location for everyone - but also the regular late riser breakfast on Sundays or the midday menu during the week is unparalleled in the region. We are really looking forward to our next visit to the culinary!
